Dough Maker
Dough Makers must be able to:
-
Prepare and mix donut dough according to recipes, using commercial mixers and ensure consistent quality.

Operate donut machines, frying donuts to perfection, and ensuring proper temperature and oil levels.
-
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety regulations, and ensuring proper operation of equipment.
-
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, restocking as needed.
-
Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, particularly in environments where donuts are made to order.
-
Assisting with other tasks as needed, such as bagging donuts.
-
Lift 50 lbs

Skills to have are:

Basic math skills
-
Food safety knowledge, Safe Serve Certificate is a plus
-
Ability to follow instructions
-
Physical stamina, including being able to stand for at least 4 hours at a time

Cleanliness and organization
-
Teamwork
-
Attention to detail

All Team Members
All applicants should be able to work at least 6 days during the Minnesota State Fair that runs from August 21 to September 1, 2025.

Starting pay is $18/hr including tickets to the fair each day you work.

Transportation to and from the fair

Manager
Managers must be able to:
-
Deal with high stress situations and personalities while maintaining a calm exterior.
-
Manage the schedules of 3 - 6 Dough Makers per shift
-
Train volunteers at the start of each shift.
-
Collect cash from the bank and manage cash flow needs at the registers.
-

At least 1 year experience working as a Dough Maker

Drivers License or Photo ID

Basic math skills

Food safety knowledge, Safe Serve Certificate is required
